      Shipping Details – Canada

We will  ship your order within 2 business days.  

Depending on where you live in Canada, you should expect to receive your order within approximately 5 to 10 days.  Remote locations may also take a little longer.

Insured shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the total value of the order being shipped to a single address. 

For international destinations and orders over $180, please contact us for shipping rate.

Note:  Higher rates may apply for remote or off shore locations.

All prices are in CAD dollars.

Duties:

BetterBirds is based out of Ontario, Canada, therefore we must charge PST for Ontario orders.  However, we do not charge PST for the rest of Canada.  We do not charge GST.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item(s) you've received, we offer you a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases.   

Simply email for an RMA  (return materials authorization) number within 30 days of receipt.  Then return the item(s) in NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING to us for your choice of an exchange or for the product costs. If the product is damaged, a restocking fee may apply or the return may not be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable, however, we will offer free shipping on a replacement product.
